Yes. You decide whether to share your name. The system only requires a brief description of your concern so it can be routed appropriately. Your identity will not be shared unless you choose to provide it or disclosure is required for legal reasons.

Your report is reviewed by the BBI Compliance team. Every report is evaluated to determine the right level of follow‑up, which may include an inquiry or investigation. Not all reports require a formal investigation, but all are reviewed carefully.
